Dare you arrive in a convertible,
when our carbon fluctuates,
acid rains fall,
worse than that in our stomach,

asthma breathes our air,
pollution consumes our air,
CFCs pierce our ozone,
still evolving our technology,

leached soil murder our plants,
homicide on our ice caps,
no longer a reason to hike,
for what’s precious about a plain rock,

when Egypt was fertile,
our motherland with greenfield,
but now a desert,

hope you had your share,
coz our only carbon is paper,
new homes on Mars,
and earth a pit of raw materials,

robots exist I heard,
smarter than us, they are,
more reasonable than us,
burning paper for temporary comfort,
